By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Delivery Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, and Legal Disclaimer/Impressum. SOFTPIQ may suspend or terminate access, remove content, place holds on orders/refunds, notify payment processors, and contact law enforcement for violations.

SOFTPIQ operates as a direct provider of products and services. Where you contribute content (e.g., reviews, comments, support messages, or asset details for an authorized project), you must comply with this AUP.

You will:

  • Use the Services lawfully and only as permitted by our Terms.

  • Provide accurate information and maintain security of your account.

  • Respect intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws.

  • Cooperate with reasonable verification, fraud screening, sanctions/export compliance, and escrow/KYC where requested.

3) Prohibited Uses (Illustrative, not exhaustive)

You must not use the Services to:

3.1 Illegal or Non-Compliant Activities

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or export-control regime (e.g., UK, EU, U.S.).

  • Unlicensed securities/ICO/crypto-investment schemes, “get-rich-quick”, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.

  • Stolen goods, identity documents, personal data trading, or doxxing services.

  • Any other category deemed prohibited by card networks, acquiring banks, or our payment processors.

3.4 Security Violations & System Abuse

  • Introduce malware/viruses/Trojans, attempt hacking, credential-stuffing, or vulnerability scanning without written permission.

  • Perform load tests, scraping, or automated harvesting that degrades service or bypasses technical/consent controls.

3.5 Fraud, Deception & Payment Abuse

  • Impersonate others; misrepresent affiliation; submit false claims or documentation.

  • Use stolen/unauthorized payment instruments, test cards (“card testing”), or attempt chargeback abuse.

  • Evade platform processes (e.g., escrow) or attempt to transact “off-platform” to bypass protections/fees.

3.6 Harassment, Hate, and Harm

  • Incite violence, self-harm, or harm to others.

  • Doxxing or disclosure of others’ confidential information.

  • Processing of biometric identifiers or face recognition data without a lawful basis and explicit informed consent is prohibited.

3.8 Platform Integrity & Content Manipulation

  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, referrals, or feedback; astroturfing or smear campaigns.

  • Bypass geo-blocks, entitlements, or usage caps; share license keys beyond permitted scope.

  • Mirror/republish SOFTPIQ content without permission.

4) Payments & Financial Integrity

To protect customers and maintain card-network compliance, you must not:

  • Conduct card testing, use bots to probe authorization responses, or store full PAN/CVV.

  • Aggregate payments for others, resell payment services, or act as an unlicensed PSP/merchant of record.

  • Launder funds, split payments to evade KYC/limits, or miscode transactions.

  • Submit duplicate/false refund requests or knowingly file unfounded chargebacks.

SOFTPIQ may require identity/address verification, hold orders, mandate escrow for high-value transactions, or cancel/refund where risk is detected. We may share fraud signals and evidence with payment processors, banks, and relevant authorities as allowed by law.

5) Authorized Content & Licensing

  • Only offer or provide digital assets, keys, or materials that are original to you/your organization or that you are formally authorized to distribute.

  • Follow all third-party licensing terms (including open-source and publisher EULAs).

  • Do not strip attributions or proprietary notices.

6) Ads, Analytics, and Tracking Compliance

  • Respect our Cookie/Consent controls: no non-essential tags (analytics/ads) may fire before valid opt-in in jurisdictions requiring consent.

  • Honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) / “Do Not Sell or Share” signals where applicable (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

  • Do not attempt to bypass consent mode, CMP restrictions, or mask identifiers to recreate tracking profiles without consent.

  • Circumventing consent mode/CMP or recreating tracking profiles (e.g., via fingerprinting or hashed identifiers) without a valid legal basis/consent is prohibited.

7) Reporting & Enforcement

  • Report violations to abuse@softpiq.com (include URLs, order IDs, screenshots/logs if available).

  • We may remove content without notice; warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts; cancel orders; hold/refuse refunds where fraud or abuse is suspected; block IPs/devices; notify processors/banks; and cooperate with law enforcement.

  • We maintain a repeat-infringer policy for IP violations and may close accounts on substantiated repeat abuse.

8) Reinstatement

Suspended users may request reinstatement with written assurances and supporting materials demonstrating remediation (e.g., identity verification, updated compliance procedures). Reinstatement is at SOFTPIQ’s sole discretion.

9) No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this AUP in a particular instance is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

10) Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be announced via the website and/or email. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
